Since an early age, my love of animals led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Laboratory Animal Technology from the University of Vermont. This passion for animals continued beyond the classroom and laboratory, leading me to one of my greatest passions; breeding and showing dogs. For thirty-eight years, under the kennel prefix Lydgate, I was able to combine my education and experiences to become one of the most renowned breeders of American Cocker Spaniels. Now I am transferring this knowledge into capturing and sharing the beauty of wildlife in their natural environment through my photography.
